Yes. Most projects require a Pre-Production & Planning Fee before we continue with the next steps. This fee allows us to move forward with a more formal planning process, maintain organized communication, and begin assisting you with essential early guidance. It also confirms the client’s intention to proceed, ensuring we can allocate time and resources responsibly.
Once the main invoice is paid and the contract is signed, full coordination and scheduling officially begin. This fee is credited toward your final invoice.

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. For last-minute needs, we can often still assist depending on equipment and staff availability.
